Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote locations in Asia and other regions may have different delivery times or restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium golf equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of accessories, fairway woods, irons, or wedges, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Used golf gloves
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Opened packages of golf balls

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when complete.

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Method:

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:
